Zipcar Holiday Contest Finalist

14 December 2006 | Life

I use Zipcar a lot.

I truly think it is a great business model that has benefited myself, and other city folk who do not own cars. When I need one I just go online and there are always several vehicles to choose from. Just walk down the street, slide the member card on the windshield and beat on that beyatch like a rented car, or mule, for analogousness (it’s a word, look it up).

While their prices are very reasonable, especially since you don’t have to pay for gas or insurance, I’m always looking for a way to game the system. So, I created and submitted The Zipcar Snowmaker into their holiday interactive design competition (only zipcar members can view this). First prize is $250 in free Zipping. I’m currently one of five national finalists.

Vote for me (I’m E) if you are a fellow Zipcar member.

Oh, and don’t fret if you can’t, the others seem to suck bad enough for me to win by default. :P
